About the Founder

Hi! I’m Adam Cmejla, CFP® and I started Integrated Consulting & Advisory Services almost by accident after giving an off-the-cuff demonstration of our workflow system at a broker/dealer regional practice management conference in early 2014. What was supposed to be a quick 5 minute demonstration turned into a 45 minute workshop on not only how to build and create workflows but also the principles and philosophy behind why it’s important to have these systems and how they can benefit a firm…and how we couldn’t even think about running our firm and serving our clients without workflows![showhide type=”s03″ more_text=”Show more” less_text=”Hide”]

I passionate about seeing firms succeed because I’m also a practicing CFP® Practitioner. Since 2007, as founder and President of Integrated Planning and Wealth Management, I have maintained a passion for developing deep relationships and empowering clients. My tireless dedication has allowed me to build an efficient and streamlined private practice. This has allowed me to also focus on coaching and leading other advisors to become successful entrepreneurs in their own financial services practice.

As a third-generation business owner, I know all-too-well the challenges, opportunities, concerns, and considerations that business owners deal with on a daily basis. I understand the importance of taking time to work on the business rather than just continuing to work in the business.

We introduce advisors and their teams to practice processes, systems, and habits built around delivering a world-class client experience. These concepts and tools allow advisors to scale their practice to the next level while inspiring them to grow and succeed.

I truly believes clients deserve financial clarity, confidence, and peace of mind from competent, ethical, and compassionate advisors and our intention is to help advisors with those qualities build successful practices that scale, flourish, and last.

I live in Westfield, Indiana with my wife, Andrea and our daughter Brooklyn. They are both very understanding about my commitment to this profession and my desire to be successful and help others achieve success and happiness as well. When not investing time in my business, I enjoy my family, running (having finished many marathons, including 3 Boston Marathons), and all things general aviation.
